is a kinesthetic-physical intelligence training game where the initial proposal is to answer the question “What do I need?” by and through the movement, and then further explore and use different and ever changing movement states. This way we will be able to fine tune our movement limits, capabilities, preferences for that day. And then we will observe what is being repeated in our movement practice. “What repeats?” There will be plenty of food made to digest the whole day long, with our own movements in our own way of moving, together for and with the others.
