Taking into account differences between people and the particularities of each body, the lessons focuses on the expansion of fine coordination skills in body movements. Working the body with special focus in the movements of the feet and legs, in the understanding of lateral rotation, flexibility, strength and control. This class is a combination of „Muscular Dynamics“ (explained in another idoc...) and Ballet classes, and is mainly grounded on the Vaganova‘s Method and the Master Ceme Jambay‘s Method with who Andrea Maciel has studied Ballet and Muscular Dynamics during 18 years.

We start working on the floor with „Muscular Dynamics“ and after, standing up with Ballet (bar and some exercises in center). The classes can be taught to different genres of dancers, as well as people in general who are interested in the postural benefits and deep body awareness offered by this practice.

The class happen, most part of the time, without models or formal exemples coming from outside, principally in the first part of the class "Muscular Dynamics" (floor work). All work is developed through the specific description of the movements by the teacher. The classe's main focus, is the research about the understanding of the mechanisms of movements in the body.

In the second part of the class (ballet bar and some exercises in the center) we develop and expand what was worked on the floor part, now in a standing position, with different movement combinations.
