This format was developed in the LEAP teaching residencies and applied at the professional morning trainings at the Tanzhaus Zürich and Le Pacifique | CDC Grenoble in 2014.

The 6 participating teachers - Juliette Dürrleman, Anne Garrigues, Sabina Holzer, Kira Kirsch, Kerstin Kussmaul and Simon Wehrli all come from very different backgrounds.

They have come up with six essential things that they thought should happen in a dance class, then assigned one of these 6 essentials to each of the teachers, agreed on a theme and a goal and started to teach. Today this group will have another go at it. 

You will get a taste of what might happen, often something else than any of the teachers would teach in their "solo-taught" class. Every class of this series has a very unique flavour, and by the nature of the score, is somewhat unpredictable. Expect a wild ride and a physical class - with developments, shifts, transformations, sometimes a little rough around the edges...it might bring you back to the roots to why you actually started to dance!

This Friday class is also the last of a 5 day workshop at ImPulsTanz Festival workshop program.
