IDOCDE Symposium on Contemporary Dance Education

The IDOCDE Symposium is an interactive weekend of events for contemporary dance teachers with the aim to inspire, learn from and challenge each other.

The 2013 Symposium „The return of the idocs“ was the first public offline-event of IDOCDE during the ImPulsTanz - Vienna International Dance Festival from July 26 to 28, 2013.

More than 150 dance experts gathered at the symposium that was open to IDOCDE dance teachers as well as to other dance experts around the research results of the interplay between dance education and its documentation at the IDOCDE website.
