1, We started the class by bringing awareness to our breathing and the flow of it, spending time to increase the capacity of the flow of breath. Finding the balance in our breathing by using some of the Pranayama Techniques. Which helps us to be awear and to keep the flow of energy.

2, After spending few minuets on breathing we moved on to work with vibration, we used physical vibration by using dynamic kundalini meditation by Osho, fallowed by Some specific sounds from yoga which focuses to activate the energy source in our body ( Kundalini energy).

3. As a next step, we spend few minutes to use some of the basic postures and exersice from Kalaripayattu ( Martial art from Southern India) which helps us to develop our flexibility and strength in a organic way. It trains us to widen our physically and mental baundrie. Unlike traditional martial art practice we tried to approch it in softer way, we constently kept our awearnes in our breathing to regulate our energy. We put emphasis on momentum and gravitational force as a means to keep the flow of energy with in the body and to carry this energy into the space.

4, As a last part of the class worked on some choregraphical material, To practice our neuromuscular co-ordination, Also we learned to move by the energy in a complex situation. We try to keep our inner calmness as we push the speed and the power of our physicality

We trained to learn how to regulate our energy as we move, How to use our energy efficiently as we move and to rest as we move.
